Steve was magnificent to work with. My boyfriend and I started looking for homes and contacted Steve to help with our search. Steve compiled a large list of places for us to review in all areas of Chicago. Unfortunatly COVID hit and our plans had changed, Steve worked with us during these times and kept us updated. Once we both landed jobs, we reached out and were able to set up 4 tours in one day! I first contacted Stephen when I learned my husband and I would be relocating across the country to Chicago and would need to sign on without being able to visit or view them in person beforehand. Stephen was incredibly quick and helpful in his responses. He guided me on what areas suited our needs and wishlist & pointed out many valuable tips that I would not know to think of on my own. Even with everything the way it is with Covid-19 stay-at-home in effect Stephen came through with flying colors. I needed to move from a 4 bed house in the 'burbs to a 1 bed loft in the city (divorce). I had quite a few amenities I was unwilling to live without and Stephen came through with so many possible listings. I now have exactly what I was looking for in a great location.

Georganna was great to work with! Her knowledge of the city is remarkable and she knew exactly the type of neighborhood/building type we were looking for after just a few short conversations. She took all of our requests into consideration and was able to put together a full lineup of showings so that we could find the perfect place. While looking for new homes can be extremely stressful, Georganna's very personal approach took a lot off our plate and made it a great experience!
